We staged the launch over 2 days, starting at 7:30 am the day before and moving her down here, to the parking lot next to the ramp, and then having the crane come in and step and rig the mast that afternoon. There wouldn't have been time to move and rig and still launch on a 1 o'clock tide, because we needed the crane for about 4 hours the afternoon before to dangle the mast while we cut and fit all new standing rigging, with norsemans.
